Hailing from Great Britain, the restaurant Harry Ramsden has made its name with its scrumptious North Atlantic fish which is coated in crispy, fresh batter for a truly standout plate of Fish & Chips. This Halloween, they’re adding a chilling twist to their High Tea menu with Eyeball Muffins, skeleton-themed dessert, and salad, which look creepily like human brains. Also, slurp up the Halloween Refresher Blood Bag Mocktail. Make sure to take a picture for the ‘Gram while you do and leave your pals wondering!
