Introduction to e-invoice

Referring to e-Invoice | LHDN, we are fully committed to comply to e-invoicing currently being implemented by the Government in stages.

 

How do you self-retrieve your e-invoice?

Effective 1 Aug 2024, if you are an existing customer holding a normal invoice/receipt from Genting Malaysia Berhad, First World Hotels & Resorts Sdn Bhd and/or Genting Utilities & Services Sdn Bhd, and you would like to also request for an Inland Revenue Board Malaysia ("IRBM") validated electronic invoice (e-Invoice), please proceed to our eInvoicing Customer Self-Service Portal.

Before proceeding make sure you have these information on hand:

  1. The request for e-Invoice via the eInvoicing Customer Self-Service Portal must be made in the same month as per the issuance date shown of the Normal Invoice/Receipt. Late requests will not be processed.
  2. You must have on hand an existing physical invoice/receipt. Without this document, any request via the eInvoicing Customer Self-Service Portal is unable to be validated and thus cannot be processed.
