Will I need to replace my card if my membership is downgraded?
Yes, you will need to update your card at a Genting Rewards Kiosk. Alternatively, you can visit the Guest Services counter, though there may be a queue. For more details, click here.

Can I upgrade my membership in 2025?
Sure! You will be upgraded when you achieve the Tier Point requirement for the respective tiers. This applies only for upgrade to Silver and Gold statuses. I’m ready for a tier upgrade.

I’m ready for a tier upgrade. Do I need a new card?
Congratulations on your upgrade! Yes, kindly upgrade your card at a Genting Rewards kiosk.

  1. Members still need to earn Tier Points in YR2025 to adhere to the membership structure for the following year.
  2. Tier Breaks remain unchanged as 100TP for Silver, 300TP for Gold, and 10,000TP for Platinum (By invitation).
  3. Replacement of lost cards will be charged with either GP deduction or cash payment. Genting Points will remain as a three-year lifespan from point of earning whether through gaming or non-gaming. If there are no point-earning activities recorded over the past three years, the balance of the accumulated points will automatically expire on the 28th day of member’s birthday month. 
  4. The benefits accorded to the members are not transferable and they must present themselves personally with Genting Rewards card in order to enjoy the benefits.
  5. Genting Malaysia Berhad (GENM) reserves the right to cancel, amend or modify any of the terms and conditions contained herein (as may be revised by GENM from time to time) at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to the members.
