Forbes Awards

Crockfords at Resorts World Genting (RWG) has once again been lauded as one of the world’s most outstanding hotels and properties by retaining its 5-star rating with the Forbes Travel Guide, making it the sixth consecutive year of the hotel securing this acclaimed award. Genting Grand and Highlands Hotel have similarly won Forbes awards with Genting Grand winning the four-star rating for the 7th year in the row and Genting Grand winning the Recommended rating for the 6th year in a row. MAHO Recognition

The Malaysian Association of Hotel Owners recognised Resorts World Genting as the “Most Popular and Integrated Resort with Multiple Attractions”. The award was presented during MAHO’s 25th Anniversary Silver Jubilee.

We won two awards from travel booking platform Booking.com in the Traveller Review awards with a score of 8.9 out of 10 for Crockfords and 8 out of 10 for Highlands Hotel. The awards were earned solely from the votes of travelers and are verified by Booking.com


 


Agoda

We won four awards from Agoda in the Customer Review Awards category for Genting SkyWorlds, Crockfords, Highlands Hotel, and Resorts World Kijal. Crockfords received a rating of 9.3 out of 10 from travelers from around the world. The awards acknowledge properties or attractions that have an “8” or above score and Genting SkyWorlds, Highlands Hotel, and Resorts World Kijal earned 8.3, 8.2, and 8.2 respectively.
